Dr. Roderick J. Glatt is the Founder of Innovative Leadership Consulting (ILC), an education-focused consultancy dedicated to strengthening classroom culture, leadership effectiveness, and behavior systems that allow instruction to thrive. His work addresses a critical gap in education: when classroom management is weak or inconsistent, even the strongest instructional strategies fail to take root.
As an educator, app founder, and leadership trainer, Dr. Glatt equips teachers and school leaders with clear systems, consistent responses, and practical intervention strategies that restore structure, protect learning time, and improve student engagement. His work is grounded in lived classroom experience, leadership research, and direct service to educators navigating real-time behavior challenges.
Dr. Glatt is a celebrated Level-5 educator who has taught across public, charter, and private school settings, serving students at the elementary, middle, high school, and higher-education levels. While he does not hold a traditional teaching license, his professional credibility is established through demonstrated effectiveness, advanced graduate training in education, and sustained work in student support and discipline contexts—particularly in middle school environments where classroom behavior challenges are most acute.
In 2020, Dr. Glatt founded the Whites Creek High School Alumni Network, Inc., a Tennessee-chartered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization created to unite alumni, host community events, and generate scholarship funding to support graduating seniors with college matriculation. This work reflects his long-standing commitment to educational access, postsecondary pathways, and measurable student outcomes beyond the classroom.
Dr. Glatt also served as Program Director for a startup technology organization supporting K–12 youth placement and community engagement, where he led program and project management, training facilitation, strategic scoping, and cross-sector collaboration. In this role, he worked closely with schools, agencies, and community partners to help students find appropriate foster care placements—deepening his understanding of student behavior, trauma-informed response, and systems-level intervention.
While Dr. Glatt brings a deep foundation of faith-based leadership experience, his work through Innovative Leadership Consulting is intentionally education-centered—focused on helping educators lead with intention, structure, and results through consulting, training, and scalable digital tools designed for today’s classrooms.
Dr. Glatt’s doctoral research focused on leadership, conflict resolution, and organizational culture—directly informing the classroom behavior systems, leadership training frameworks, and app-based intervention tools developed through Innovative Leadership Consulting.
