ABOUT DR. RODERICK J. GLATT

Dr. Roderick J. Glatt is the Founder & Executive Director of Innovative Leadership Consulting (ILC), a consultancy dedicated to equipping faith-based organizations, corporate teams, and individuals with evidence-based strategies for sustainable growth and leadership effectiveness. With a diverse background spanning ministry, education, and organizational leadership, he is committed to helping leaders navigate change, strengthen teams, and implement practical solutions for long-term success.

A LEGACY OF MINISTRY & LEADERSHIP

For over 25 years, Dr. Glatt has served in Christian ministry, leading churches, mentoring pastors, and shaping faith-based initiatives. His leadership includes serving as:

• Publications Coordinator for a national publishing company.
• Program Director for a state convention, where he founded a statewide pastoral fellowship in Tennessee.
• Church Planter, supporting the launch of 15 new churches statewide.
• Senior Pastor, shepherding congregations in Lebanon, McMinnville, and Nashville, Tennessee.

Through Roderick J. Glatt Ministries (RJGM), Dr. Glatt post an encouraging daily scripture, he has conducted leadership training, pastoral development workshops, premarital and marital counseling, and delivered impactful teachings to church leaders. His contributions to ministry have been recognized with Public Service Proclamations from a Nashville Mayor and Tennessee State Senators, and he was honored as Pastor of the Year by the United Brotherhood Ministry of Nashville. The Tennessee Speaker of the House of Representatives also appointed him Chaplain of the Day in recognition of his service.

EDUCATION & ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP

Passionate about education and leadership development, Dr. Glatt has worked across elementary, middle, high school, and higher education, teaching subjects like AP English, Composition, Sociology, and Psychology. He has designed and implemented Sunday school curricula, developed church policies, and launched a Bible Institute for a megachurch.

His commitment to education extends beyond the classroom. He served eight years on a state university Foundation Board, contributing to fundraising for student scholarships, and dedicated a decade to public service as a Commissioner for the Metropolitan Nashville and Davidson County City Government, including roles as Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Historic Nashville Municipal Auditorium Commission.

His doctoral research focused on leadership, conflict resolution, and the impact of culture on group dynamics, and his more recent studies explore inclusivity and team outcomes.

PERSONAL LIFE

Dr. Glatt is married to Angela and is a proud father to three children: Marlon, Jaimie, and Roderick II. He values faith, family, and the power of leadership to create lasting change.
